Hello Everyone,
Today I have my last eyeliner look for you because I got bored with them. I need to get me more liquid eyeliners to choose from, right now I have 6 to choose from but I think we all can agree that it's not enough! I used GOSH Long Lasting Eye Liner Pen in black and Collection 2000 Glam Metallics in Fierce as an accent.
I think this is pretty safe look, nothing like in-your-face red and blue.
I'm pretty happy with the way liner came out too. :)
What do you think? Would you like to see more eyeliner looks once I get the inspiration back? :)

BOOK REVIEW Wednesday: Kissing Kelli by Kathy Carmichael
Hello my Funky Readers,
I've decided to make book reviews a regular feature on my blog because I read so much and often come across very good books that I just have to share!
Today I present to you Kissing Kelli by Kathy Carmichael, a Texas Legacy Romantic Comedy. And a comedy it is!
Sensuality Level: Sweet (G-rated)
Rodeo champion and wealthy rancher, Bobby Gray Nelson, is used to women setting out to lasso him. But when he meets feisty Kelli Palmer, she refuses him on every count. He's always up for a challenge and is determined to woo this beautiful veterinarian who he thinks could be his soul mate.
Kelli Palmer doesn't believe love is in the chute for her. She's devoted herself to the animals she cares for and the family she adores. So when her sister claims dibs on the handsome cowboy, Kelli reins in her attraction and tells him to skedaddle.
Losing is not an option for this gorgeous cowboy. He comes up with a 5-step plan to place his brand on Kelli's heart.
The problem is, he can't even make it to the first step. Never fear, though. He's got a Plan B.
Can Kelli stand her ground -- even after his toe-curling kiss?
~*~*~*~*~
This is a fairly short book and I've read it in one sitting, but let me tell you it grabbed my attention and held on until the last page. It is a very cute book, and the characters are very likable, especially Bobby Gray. He is a hilarious goofy cowboy on a mission, who loves making plans (and writing them out). He is trying to get Kelli to go out with him by finding all these "sick" and sick animals for her to treat because she is a vet and has a very big soft spot for animals. I kept giggling the whole time he brought her yet another animal. The only thing I didn't like was Kelli's sister Lori, I thought she was full of herself and needed to get some sense smacked in her. But even she comes around at the end.
Overall I loved it, and recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a giggle and feel good romance book. Meanwhile, I will be checking out the other books by this author.

FOTD with Collection 2000 Glam Metallics in Groupie and UD Liquid Liner in Gash
Hello Ladies,
I'm back again with another eyeliner look, this time with Collection 2000 Glam Metallics in Groupie and UD Liquid Liner in Gash. I love this color combination, in as many different shades of red and blue as I can get. I think I can safely say that this is my favorite color combo, I wear it in makeup all the time, have some handbags like that and even looking to get shoes in that combination (yup, looking at you Irregular Choice).
Yup, my eyeliner matches my t-shirt. That was totally done accidentally on purpose! :)
It looks much better when eyes are open, but when I close them I can see all the imperfections (in photos of course). Really, I shouldn't apply makeup without having enough of coffee in the morning. I could feel my temper rising because it wasn't working out the way I wanted lol, and usually I'm a lot more easygoing when something doesn't work out. UNLESS I haven't had enough coffee of course.
Still, I really like the color combo, and since it looked pretty nice when my eyes were open I eventually got over how eyeliner looked on closed eyes.
What do you think? I hope I inspire some of you to play with your liquid eyeliners. :) If you do, make sure to let me know because I would like to see!

Beautiful Shoes Will Take You to Beautiful Places Sunday #3
Do any of you have a brand that you just know you will like almost everything from? For me that brand is Madden Girl. I own several pairs of shoes from it, and I'm always on lookout for more.
I got this pair several years ago and since then I've been wearing them a LOT. Everything about them is just so cute, the shape, the color, the style and I fell in love with them from the first sight. I realize that my shoes are not necessarily very exciting, but I think even "everyday" (unless your everyday shoes are 5in heels ones - very general generalization) also deserve our love. And I love these shoes! They came with me all the way from America when I moved and had to get rid of a lot of shoes because of the move.

Weekend Beauty Blog Hopping
The Science of Beauty created a Beauty Blog Hop, which is a collection of beauty blogs links so we all can discover new blogs to read. Go and read her post, she does a much better job at explaining it than I do! But this is the official Blog Hop explanation:
What is a blog hop?
A blog hop is a linky list that is SHARED ON MULTIPLE BLOGS.
When several blogs put the same linky list code on their blog, the
exact same list appears on each blog.
Blog visitors can submit their entries on any blog that contains the list.
The entries will appear on each blog where the list resides.
Blog readers see the same list on each blog, and can "HOP" from blog
to blog seeing the same list of links to follow: BLOG HOP!
Isn't it cool? Exact same information will appear on every blog that posts this link, so in a sense we're all linked together :) So what are you waiting for? Add your blog! :)
